Check-in:
The apartment will be available from 2 p.m. If you are planning to be in Krakow before check-in time you can leave
your luggages in our office until the apartment is ready for you.The limit check-out time is 12.00
Reservation policy:
After booking you will receive an email with the confirmation of all reservation details including the contact number to a person
who will be glad to meet you just after your arrival at our apartments.
Reservation rules:
All prices are calculated for apartment per night. The total amount depends on your lenghts of your stay and type of apartment.
These prices include accommodation, as well as water, gas, electricity, Internet access (WiFi), clean sheets and towels during the stay.
The total amount for your accommodation can be paid on the day of the arrival. The payment can be made in Polish Zloty or EUR, USD, GBP according to daily rate.
In case of reservation 20% prepayment is needed. /There is a possibility to cancel a reservation up to 2 days before your arrival to the apartment./ The next 80% of payment will be made after receiving the keys to apartment.
Additional services:
Free apartments cleaning - once a week.
Picking you up from the airport in Cracow or in Katowice by our employee and direct transport to our apartments.
Shopping that will be waiting for our guest in the apartaments.
